LINEA SERIES

La serie linea è stata la prima batteria dall' aspetto poliedrico, grazie all' incastro di doghe maschiate in faggio lamellare, dello spessore di 8 mm. La tornitura veniva effettuata solo sulle teste dei cilindri per permettere il perfetto alloggiamento della pelle.

The Linea series was the first drums in the world to be made in a multi-faced style, thanks again to the stave method. Thin lengths of beech wood were compressed together to a thickness of 8mm and then connected using male/female jointing. The turning method was used only on the heads of the shells, as to have the perfect placing of the skins to the heads.
